Free shipping is available on all orders placed through the official online store.

OFF BROADWAY ships worldwide.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing and dispatch.

Our office operates Monday through Friday, excluding South Korean public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly, as OFF BROADWAY is unable to modify the city, state,

or postal code, or reroute packages once they have been shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched,

you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information to monitor your shipment in transit.

Lost or stolen packages

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us at xxx@off-b.com within two weeks of placing your order.

Once your report has been submitted, our Customer Service team will contact EMS to initiate an investigation.

We will work closely with EMS throughout the investigation process and provide a resolution once their review is complete.

Please note that OFF BROADWAY is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address if the shipping information provided was inaccurate or incomplete.
