Return Policy
To request a return for one or more items from your order, the following conditions must be met:
The return request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition.
Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe an item is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
OFF BROADWAY reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
Items returned that fail to meet our policy will be sent back to the original shipping address without a refund.
To avoid this, please contact our Customer Service team before returning any items.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please submit a Return Authorization Request (RA) through your OFF BROADWAY account.

OFF BROADWAY operates under a strict no-paper policy to reduce waste, so no return slip is included in the package.
International Returns
For international customers, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, and returns should be coordinated with your local postal service.
To request a return authorization, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your OFF BROADWAY account and access your Order History.
2. Click “Return Order” to request a Return Authorization (RA).
Please ship returning international packages using standard shipping through your country’s local carrier.
For added security, we recommend insuring all packages and using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges
OFF BROADWAY does not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the merchandise for a refund and place a new order for your desired item(s).
Refunds
Once the returned item has passed our quality inspection and been approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment,
and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
Your financial institution may require additional time to complete the transaction and update your bank statement.
If the returned item does not meet our quality standards, OFF BROADWAY reserves the right to withhold the refund and retain the returned merchandise.
A shipping fee of USD 30 will be deducted from the first refund to cover the initial delivery cost.
